Can you name 3 things that your clients are interested in? If so, write them down. I’m serious - write them on a sheet of paper. It could be as simple as ‘Yoga, Parenting, and Travel’. Just start! Once you have the beginnings of that list, keep adding to it as you speak with your clients. You might find out they like ‘Aromatherapy, Photography, Vegan Recipes and Miami CSI’. Don’t stop there. Keep adding to the list when it feels natural. This list will end up being an invaluable tool for engaging your target audience whether it be through casual conversation, your business blog, links to videos or articles, Facebook posts (or ads) or Twitter. This information may even lead you to create new services based on what you’re learning – just by listening. Just a thought. |
